The product installs in minutes and all you need is 2 or 3 people and a ladder… yes right – NO tools, NO screws!

The aeroSling® BaseFrame is also easy to move around because you don´t need to bolt into into the floor for stabilization. All you need are standard barbell weights that you simply attach to the legs of the BaseFrame.

We recommend 2x25kg per Leg. That leaves you with all the options to use your available training space most efficiently.
