Business before pleasure!

True to this slogan Chris and his Instructor-Team presented the aeroSling & blackPack Bootcamp with Easy Sports. First the participants had to give it all in some serious circuit workouts and then there were some Drinks and a DJ to chill with. An ideal combination, we think!  It was all lined up for max fun – versoFrame Functional Training Frames with versoFrame Bars, aeroSling Sling Trainer, aeroSling Row-Stick Rotational Trainer und blackPack Sandbags!

    Kling stark :-) ich freue michh auch ein Event in der Region zwischen Hanau und Franfurt am Main. Neue Ideen und Anleitungen zur effizienten Aero-Sling Nutzung. By the way: ein paar Trainingsvideos wären klasse. Vielleicht eine DVD oder einfach Youtube Clips mit festen Workouts für 30 Minuten. Etwas Motivierendes zum Mitmachen. Grüße
