The aeroSling® ELITE Set BASIC is a sling training set containing all accessories needed for the beginner or for the person switching to aeroSling® from other sling trainers. The aeroSling® ELITE Set BASIC puts you into the starting blocks for suspended pulley training. As soon as you have gotten accustomed to the basic sling training with the aeroSling® ELITE, you can use the additional optional accessories, thus increasing the training possibilities and your personal training options and fun.

The aeroSling® ELITE lets you perform hundreds of various exercises to train your muscles power and coordination. Anytime and anywhere!

Ideal for training at home

The aeroSling® ELITE Set BASIC is delivered together with the compact and extremely robust aeroSling® T-Mount. The aeroSling® T-Mount is made entirely of stainless steel and makes a good show on wall or ceiling, neither attracting too much attention nor taking up too much space. You can hang the aeroSling® ELITE with the anchor carabiner directly onto the aeroSling® T-Mount or you can insert the anchor sling of the aeroSling® through one of the eyelets to better adjust for higher mounting heights.

Perfect grip, exact shape many applications are possible

The handle aeroSling® Flex Handle XL is padded slightly and large enough to make it the ideal handle for exercises where the upper arms or the lower legs or thighs need to be stabilized. Designed for all possibilities i.e., the aeroSling® Flex Handle XL can be attached to one or to two aeroSling® Carabiner.
