Bent over Row – Sandbag Exercise
Stand at least shoulder width apart and bent you upper body straight until it is approximately parallel to the floor. Grab the blackPack® Sandbag with both hands and pull it to your upper stomach. Keep your shoulders back and down in their sockets and the elbows near your body. You can either use the top carry handles for this or the solid side handles of the blackPack® Sandbag.
