Overhead Triceps Extensions – Sandbag Exercise
Hold the blackPack® Sandbag on both baton handles in front of your body with the adjustment side facing to you. Then swing it similar to the „Around the World“ exercise over your shoulder onto your back. Stand upright, brace your abs, squeeze your glutes and pull the blackPack® Sandbag upwards by straightening your arms. Reverse the movement by lowering the blackPack® Sandbag in a controlled manner.
