Rotational Lunge – Sandbag Exercise
Hold the blackPack® Sandbag at the two solid side handles with the training side facing to you. Perform multiple alternating reverse lunges while holding the blackPack® Sandbag to the outside of the front leg. Always look straight ahead, keep your chest up and try to resist to the rotation in your upper body. You can make this exercise harder by swinging the blackPack® Sandbag from one side to the other.
