Shoulder to Shoulder Press – Sandbag Exercise

Stand upright with your feet hip to shoulder width apart and the blackPack® Sandbag lying on one shoulder. Tighten your whole body (straighten the knees, brace the abs, squeeze the glutes, pull the shoulders into their sockets), grab the blackPack® Sandbag on both sides and press it with both hands overhead. Lower it down on the other shoulder and repeat.
