Snatch – Sandbag Exercise
Beginn in a Deadlift starting position (hip hinged, back slightly arched), get your body tight, grab the blackPack® Sandbag (training side up) and then explosively straighten your knees and hips and pull the blackPack® Sandbag up to the overhead position where you punch it upwards with both hands. Through the punch the blackPack® Sandbag flips around and lands on the back of your forearm. The blackPack® Sandbag should move up near to the body in a straight line. Don`t curl it up, your hips and legs should do the main work. Reverse the movement on the way back down (hips back first).
